Low Cost (and No Cost!) Web Sites for Artists
It's no secret that the Internet can be a highly effective marketing tool for today's artist. Don't let your non-technical background keep you from getting ahead. I will be teaching classes that illuminate the process of getting your work online in plain English and how to prepare your images for the Web. The emphasis will be on low cost, and in some cases no cost, solutions to a web presence. The first class will be taught at the Petaluma Arts Center in April. Download information here. Additional classes will be offered through the Sebastopol Center for the Arts in May, and the Santa Rosa Junior College Community Education program in July.

Photoshop CS4 Class Update
Many of you have asked about my upcoming Photoshop class at Santa Rosa Junior College. Well, there's good news and there's bad news. The good news is that I received my class assignment: Mondays from 10:30am to 12:30pm on the Petaluma campus. The bad news is the class is "restricted," which means it won't be offered unless there is sufficient enrollment. So get on with it! Enrollment begins in December. See the JC site for more info.
UPDATE: Class has been cancelled due to budget restrictions. I am still available for private instruction. For more information, contact me.

According to the prospectus, she "appreciates unified bodies of work and work in progress that show a consistent mastery of technique, an intelligent approach to subject matter, and a well developed vision." I am honored to be chosen for this exhibition.

Web Site Completed for United Anglers
The United Anglers of Casa Grande High School are one of the most inspirational environmental success stories of our time. Under the leadership of their instructor, Tom Furrer, the students restored a local creek's habitat and literally saved a species, the Adobe Creek Steelhead Trout, from extinction. It was my pleasure to build a web site for them that chronicles this amazing story. Be sure to visit their site, UACG.org, and check it out, especially the Videos page (links will open in a new window).
New Web site takes off!!
The new web site is here! There is still more work to be done and and you may run into some bumps here and there, but overall things are working just fine. Please excuse any links that aren't working just yet. I hope to have them working in a very short time. Please check back soon, or sign up for my mailing list. You will be notified as soon as the site is complete.
