Join me as we build a working web site in just two easy lessons. Follow along as we set up our account, choose a domain name and add a design to our site. You’ll see how easy it is to add text, images and even movies! Learn how to create new pages, add a photo gallery and incorporate a blog. No technical experience is required.

We’ll be using WordPress, the Internet’s most popular publishing tool. Students only need to have basic computer skills such as navigating the Web, filling out forms, and naming and saving files. If you want to work with images, it helps to have basic knowledge of image editing (see my Photoshop classes). The course is taught on consecutive Wednesday evenings, in a lecture/lab format. A projector is used for all demonstrations. By the end of the class, you will have the tools to publish your very own web site.
