I discovered your work thru googling SCAN ART…. love both your scanography art as well as your decay stuff… interesting is that I too am into both art areas …. in fact the latest B&w magazine COLOR that is right now at the newsstands have some of my scan art in Merit Award section… I guess Rasmussen likes my work … anyway glad I found you … Just a comment… are you aware of a Japanese term called MONO NO AWARE? …. your MODERN RUINS reminds me of that concept… cheers
Johny
Hi Johny,
Thanks for the compliment. Yes, the Modern Ruins is Mono no aware, and the scanner art is wabi-sabi. I guess I must have Japanese ancestors.
Best Regards,
Tim
